   Please send us an e-mail with the part listing, quantity, how you intend to send funds for purchase and a return address for shipping. We will respond with availability and total along with associated shipping costs. You may also opt to checkout using our encrypted checkout system for faster service. If mailing in an order with a Check / M.O. please be sure to include a list of what you are ordering along with payment as well as a return shipping address. That way we can expedite your order and get it shipped right away without digging through e-mails or notes to find out what it is that you have ordered. This is very much appreciated.

   Are accepted for payment keeping in mind that we need a full business week (7 Days) to let them clear before shipping your order.

Shipping:

We primarily ship through the United State Postal Service (USPS.) All ammunition orders will ship through UPS unless other arrangements are made. Please note: HKParts only ships to US addresses and territories of the U.S.

We are known for our lightning-fast shipping! We generally ship all items the same day the funds arrive. Other shipping options such as UPS or Fed Ex are available if arrangements are made before the order is placed. We also offer overnight and expedited shipping for those that need HK parts and accessories fast! Last call times for same day shipping is 2:00 PM MST

Having lawfully received the above commodities from HK Parts Inc., the Buyer and Entity and/or Person(s) listed in "Ship To" (1) assumes all responsibility to further comply with the requirements imposed by all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies and (2) certifies that it will so comply. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.

The export control laws and regulations are complex; therefore any summary of such  and regulations provided by HK Parts, Inc. herein is not comprehensive and is not to be taken as legal advice or counseling.

Returns & Exchanges:

Any new part(s) that cannot be restocked as 100% new as the item(s) shipped to you are considered used. All used or pre-owned parts sales are final. All other approved returns or exchanges incur a restocking fee of 20%. Requests for return, exchanges or issues need to be made within 14 days of the order being shipped. We reserve the right to accept returns on a case by case basis. No return will be accepted without a pre-approved RA# number from the staff of HKParts. Initial shipping charges or return shipping charges are not refunded. For safety reasons no returns or exchanges on ammunition or firearms (any FFL item) are permitted. No exceptions these terms and conditions are firm, please do not ask.

International Orders:

We only ship to US addresses Or territories of the US where legal. We will ship to any US state/territory as long as the items are NOT restricted in that state or territory (please see below conditions). All items listed are NOT for export without US Dept. of State and or Dept. of Commerce approval of a valid export permit. All ITAR rules and regulations apply.

Firearm Laws

Magazine or other parts will not be shipped to locations where they are not legal and/or restricted. Please contact your local government to find out more about rules and restrictions in your zip code. Magazine repair and replacement kits are fine as long as it is FULLY understood that they are sold as repair & replacement kits only and should not be assembled without compliance with all laws in your respective state, city.

Magazine, Ammunition, and Firearm Laws

All state and local laws apply. All NFA (National Firearms Act) rules and laws apply.
We comply with ALL local, state, and federal laws. The following list of state and local laws is NOT represented to be all inclusive of the 50 states' numerous firearms, ammunition and magazine laws. You must be aware of any laws affecting your purchase. All Federal Laws regarding Firearms, Ammunition, and Magazines apply including: Ammunition sales only to those 21 years of age, have never been convicted of a felony, and have never been adjudicated as a mental defective nor been committed to a mental institution.
Please know your Local and State Laws before purchasing Ammunition, High Capacity Magazines, and Firearms. Individual Local & State laws are too numerous to list on our website, however, the following sales Restrictions will apply:
Magazine or other parts will not be shipped to locations where not legal and/or restricted. We will ship magazine repair and replacement kits to certain states without extra charge.

• California: 10 round limit (or provide Law Enforcement Identification.) Unless purchased as valid repair or replacement magazine kits (fully disassembled.)
• Hawaii: 10 round limit on pistol magazines (or provide Law Enforcement Identification.) NO high capacity pistol magazines or ammunition sales.
• Illinois: Must have current copy of FOID card and state photo identification.
• Maryland: 20 round limit (or provide Law Enforcement Identification.) No high capacity magazine sales.
• Massachusetts: Must provide high capacity magazine permit before ordering (or provide Law Enforcement Identification.)
• New Jersey: 15 round limit (or provide Law Enforcement Identification.) No high capacity magazine sales.
• Ohio: No sales of magazines with over 30 rounds capacity.

US Territories:

• Puerto Rico: No ammunition sales.
• Guam: No ammunition sales.

Counties:

• Napa, California: No ammunition deliveries.
• Yolo, California: No ammunition deliveries.
• Montgomery, Maryland: No ammunition deliveries.

Cities:

• New York City, New York: No sales (or provide Law Enforcement Identification.) New York dealers must have appropriate city licenses. No sales of high capacity magazines manufactured after 09/14/1994.
• Washington DC: No sales (or provide Law Enforcement Identification.)
