The possession, handling & transfer of all the receivers, pistols, and rifles we offer will be provided by us a licensed FFL (07/SOT), to your designated FFL.
Step 2: Contact Your FFL - Local Dealer

Contact your FFL dealer:
- Inform them of your purchase and desire to the firearm to them.
- They will most likely charge a transfer fee.
- We have seen fees anywhere between $15 and $75.
- Ask them to email or fax their FFL certificate to HKParts.net.
- Include your order number on the form to speed up the transaction.
- In states with more strict laws we suggest calling your preferred dealer to discuss legalities before purchase.
Step 3: Local Dealer Emails / Faxes a copy of their FFL Certificate to HKParts.net
